you have to copy the html code and paste it your about me section of your profile under edit profile

ok, here I'll put it step by step.
1) save the picture under 'my pictures' on your computer
2) then make a photobucket account (unless you already have one) (http://www.photobucket.com)
3) post the picture that you just saved on photobucket
4) wait for it to load and there you go. It gives you a URL Link, html, etc.
