how do i get text on both sides of my myspace? and like it stays there even when i scroll up and down.

You can create your own using Photoshop.

I'm not sure exactly, but you could always use a myspace layout stealer to steal that profile which would get you that text, by the looks of it, the side text is integrated into the background in which case that would be the only way to get it.
