The %26lt;marquee%26gt; tag has been eliminated from the latest HTML standards because it's just horrible. Scrolling text is soooo 1990's.

However..

You shouldn't be using this type of tags anyway, because, frankly, it is hard to read and makes your myspace look quite awful. If you want to say a lot of text put into a text area box, or the emphasise it just make it bold, a different color, a different font, or a different size.
